Caution and suspicion.

Seems like it is getting easier and easier to get institutionalized these days.
what I find funny is the amazing lack of literature on what it means to be a healthy normal person as opposed to the libraries full of what is deemed aberrant behavior.
Perhaps if we were stripped of all emotions completely and became like biological androids then we would be normal? Efficient at least, and maybe that is all that matters?

From a medical standpoint, yes.

Ultimately though, "Normal" is one of the lies we tell ourselves to make the world easier to understand.

So it's easier to just catalogue the most harmful of aberrations.

Chippewa Ghost

Eh, she's getting institutionalized after this adventure anyway, should she survive it.

Retaining her freedom will be quite the endeavor indeed.

This reminds me of twitter == socially accepted way of talking to yourself lmao :D
Not here though.
Since the people working in the establishment are also just an illusion then it should not be a problem?

She's operating under the assumption that she's still among the living.

There's a Gila sized diner down there.

Yeah... Originally I had intended the diner to be rather more rickety with a few missing slats of wood. I got lazy with the 3D modeling.
